At Studio 423, we are dedicated to fostering creativity in a safe and inclusive environment. We believe that pottery has the power to bring people together, and we strive to make that a reality through our ceramic classes, open studio hours, workshops, and a display of artists and student works. Workshops and date nights
Once a month a mug making class will be offered. Anywhere from a simple hand built cup to a multifunctional cup. With lessons being led by an experienced teacher and will bring their own flair to the project. Fun and informational, these classes are meant for all experience levels.
Previous students of the head potter of the studio are welcome to have drop in studio time. These students have accesses to the tools, wheels, glazes, and some minimum guidance at certain hours during the week. Prices are set for drop in times and firings in the kiln.
Membership gives you access to the studio from 8am till 9pm Monday through Saturday. Previous students of the head potter are more than welcome to come throw on the wheel, glaze, purchase clay, and have their own shelf for themselves to further their experience with ceramics.
Workshops will be offered a few times a year. Experienced potters will be invited to the studio to offer their knowledge and experience to the students in easy to follow lessons.
